Funeral & Memorial Ceremonies.

What Do I Do?

I work closely with Funeral Directors in Nottinghamshire and provide a ceremony that tells the story of the life of the deceased person. Usually the ceremonies are non-religious and are held at a Crematorium, although other venues are becoming popular.

A funeral ceremony will always be a sad occasion however I work closely with the family to make sure that there are many smiles throughout the ceremony as we remember the personality of the person and remember what they have given to everyone throughout their life. So the ceremony will celebrate their life and acknoweldge the sadness and pain caused by their death.

I am a qualified Independent Celebrant and a member of the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants, to which I adhere to their code of ethics.
I am happy to work with anyone of faith or those of non faith. The ceremony is about the deceased and their family.

A memorial service doesn't have to happen straight after the death, it can take place whenever the family want to have it, usually when all of the family and friends can attend. This is a true celebration of life and can take place in any venue at a time and place convenient to you.

I mostly work in the East Midlands however I am happy to travel.
